Maintenance contracts-Outdoor

Bay Leisure have 4 maintenance plans for our customers and are based from the 1st May to 30th September.
We usually start up pools from the last two weeks in April into May unless otherwise requested.
Winter close downs start from any week in September/October depending on the customers wishes.
All servicing and repairs will be carried out between the hours of 7.00am and 9pm. Monday to Saturday.

Please note that customers are expected to remove debris from the pool and test the water regularly during the summer season. Contracts are also based on the customer having a winter cover for the pool to be totally covered in the winter season. All chemicals needed for the pool will be recommended by Bay Leisure and will be available at our Torbay chemicals rate, which is a special discount rate for our customers. Any breakdown or repairs needed involving the replacement of equipment or repair of equipment will be charged extra to the above contracts. Call out and repairs charges will be charged at a discount rate to our customers of £30 plus vat travelling time to and from site will be included at this rate.
