Shipping & Returns

For UK mainland, delivery is free on orders over £60; on orders below this amount a £8.50 charge will be applied.
The majority of orders are sent overnight for next day delivery, but please allow between one and 5 days for your order to arrive. If the delivery time will be more than 5 days then we will contact you.
On large item deliveries we will contact you to check the ease of access for delivery lorries and to arrange when someone will be in to receive the large items. There are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
Bay Leisure.co.uk will not accept any liability for delays in delivery even if a delivery date has been quoted or agreed.

Damaged goods, Returns , Replacement and Cancellation terms.

It is very important to carefully inspect your items. No claims will be accepted for damaged or missing goods that have been signed for as received in good condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for your faulty goods to be collected and immediately despatch a new consignment at no additional cost to you. If an item becomes faulty during the manufacturers warranty period, then the item will be returned to us and examined, if the item is found to have a manufacturing fault then a new item will be sent to you with all carriage paid by Bay Leisure .co.uk
