Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include VAT 20% unless otherwise stated. Delivery is free on orders over60.Bay Leisure.co.uk reserves the right to change our prices and details without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and Bay Leisure.co.uk reserve the right to refuse to supply to any company or individual for any reason.

When ordering or purchasing goods from the Bay Leisure website it is the customers responsibility to ascertain that the goods are suitable for their application, this includes design and sizing of pool equipment. Bay Leisure are happy to give out technical advice, but it is the customers responsibility to ascertain that when purchasing goods from the website that the goods will be be suitable for their application.

Payment options

Bay Leisure .co.uk has a secure online ordering system to make purchasing our pool products convenient and worry free. We accept, Mastercard, Visa, Visa electron, Visa debit, and Maestro . Cheques are accepted on orders via post and once the check is cleared then the order will be despatched.

We use Secure Hosting (https://www.secure-server-hosting.com) to process online credit card transactions on a secure server. We do not have access to your credit card details. It is here that you will enter your credit card details and the security padlock shows that the information sent will be encrypted to safeguard your details. After your order has been accepted then you will return to our website.

We take our online payment security very seriously toprotect the customer and ourselvesagainst credit card fraud.


MINIMUM ORDER value is 25. MINIMUM ORDER value for free delivery is 60. A delivery charge of 8.50 will be added to orders below 60.

Orders reaching us by 12.00 noon will usually be dispatched the same day and orders received after 12.00 noon will be dispatched the following day. We aim for delivery within 3 working days after dispatch. However, most orders received before 12.00 noon are delivered on the next working day. All deliveries of chemicals from our suppliers, EASYCHEMICALS Ltd, comply with current government legislation.

You may cancel your order within seven days of receiving the products. To receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us, at your cost and at your own risk, in their original packaging and unopened. Refunds will not be given for goods which cannot be resold because of their return condition.

Damaged goods, Returns , Replacement,Cancellation terms and Warranty Claims.

It is very important to carefully inspect your items. No claims will be accepted for damaged or missing goods that have been signed for as received in good condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for your faulty goods to be collected and immediately despatch a new consignment at no additional cost to you. If an item becomes faulty during the manufacturers warranty period, then the item will be returned to us, cost of carriage to be paid by client.

The item will then be examined, if the item is found to have a manufacturing fault then a new item will be sent to you with all carriage paid by Bay Leisure .co.uk. Warranty claims for items purchased from Bay leisure and sent outside of the United Kingdom will be limited to providing spare parts only,if the warranty claim is valid, carriage to be paid by customer. Any items needed to be sent or collected outside of the uk,carriage in this instance,will need to be paid by the customer in full, before items are shipped or collected.

With respect to heating equipment supplied by Bay Leisure any warranty claims covered by the manufacturer will be subject to a collection ,repair and delivery charge if the manufacturers establishes that the equipment was not installed or used according to the manufacturers instructions. In the event that the customer requires an engineers visit then a charge of £350 will be made before the engineer has made the visit. If the engineer establishes that it is a genuine warranty claim then the equipment will be repaired and a full refund given to the customer. If it is established that it is not a genuine warranty claim and the customer requires a repair to take place then the charge may exceed £350 .

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your order at any time up to the seventh working day after you received your products. If you cancel your order please telephone 01803529736 or email sales@bayleisure.co.uk and quote your order ref number. Please note there will be a 20% restocking and handling charge that will be applied unless the goods were delivered in a faulty condition. Minimum restocking charge is £10 plus the costs of delivery.


Bay Leisure.co.uk liability shall not exceed the value that it can recover from its supplier/manufacturer. The limitation of liability due to failure of goods and / or design shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied by the company and the company shall have no liability whatsoever for loss or damage of any sort including loss of profits suffered by the customer or any third party.

It is the responsibility of all customers to check the suitability and condition of all goods supplied by the company before use.

While Bay Leisure are happy to give out technical advice, it is the customers sole responsibility when they purchase goods from the Bay Leisure website that they ascertain that the goods/equipment will be suitable for their application this includes design and sizing of equipment.
